Our hours of operation vary dependant on whether you’re engaging in our group classes or want one-on-one development. The classes are suitable for 14 yrs+.
Not at all! Our classes and instructors cater to those of all fitness and experience levels. We firmly believe that with specific class adaptions and hard work, it’s up to the member to get out what they put in (but we’ll be there to push you!)
We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire and bringing a water bottle. If you have your own boxing gloves or wraps, you can use them too. We train on matts in bear feet so no specials shoes are needed for these workouts.
Yes, our instructors will help you learn the basics and ensure that you take it slow and easy as you settle into the classes. We like to prioritise safety and proper technique, so you will guided through the fundamentals, ensuring a safe and effective workout.
Unless your doctor/medical professional has advised against it - of course! We ask all members to inform us of any pre-existing injury or health limitations so we can modify their training accordingly.
