We run exciting group boxing and kickboxing fitness classes designed to give every body a fun, practical and energetic workout. Our classes cater for every body from beginners to boxing with zero experience to people who love to box and build strength of mind and body.
Classes run for 50 minutes and are designed to learn boxing and kicking skills, burn calories, boost fitness and build real strength and confidence.
Right from the first punch you will feel the power of boxing training and your body will love you for it.
These classes pack a punch (and kick) and will leave you feeling energised, focused, and ready to tackle anything life throws at you.
